Related Companies’s 28-acre Hudson Yards megaproject isn’t the only thing rising on the west side. The 2005 rezoning that paved the way for the new neighborhood created an entire district ripe for new development, and now, nearly 10 years later, these developments are happening at breakneck speed. The first tower of Hudson Yards is rising, the High Line is nearing completion, and dozens of new projects seem to pop up every day.
